We love a diy project, and we’ll proudly DIY just about anything related to the events but there are a few details you should take into consideration before you sign up for the ambitious act of creating your own invitations. It’s n seem like a fun and money saving project, but the costs and time spent add up.
Invitations are your events brand, so make sure they are memorable.
Back it up
You can cover the back of the incite with coloured card or fabric.
Stamp on It
Stamps in any size can be used to create invitations.
You can pick up stamps in all shapes and sizes at hobby and craft stores. But remember, before creating the final versions, practice more than once on scrap paper to get the technique right.
Use thick white paper and dip them into liquid dye or food coloring, they elevate any printed-paper invites.
Boring envelopes? Use envelope liners (that’s the pretty pattered bit inside an envelope)! Buy some wrapping paper, trace the shape of the envelope flap (bits with glue on and where you stick it down). Voila – stunning envelopes
